2. Thank You Cards

Thank You Cards

I photographed and designed these beautiful wildflower Thank You cards. These beautiful flowers were all found on my outdoor adventures, never picked, never repositioned, or touched. I shot these with Canon cameras and designed them. Look closely and you’ll even be able to see some important pollinators in the details!

I mainly photograph wild birds, but my focus has shifted over the years to parts of the naturescape that I once overlooked, such as flowers, insects, trees, rocks, and even fungus!

Pack of 8 cards, size 5.5″X4″, assorted images, envelopes, and stickers.

See them on ETSY: Thank You Cards.

3. Calendar

2018 Animal Perspectives Calendar

The Animal Perspectives 2018 Calendar is out! Last year’s Lotus & Lily calendar was a hit, but this year, it’s all about the wild birds!

In addition to photographing all the birds in this calendar, I’ve added an artistic twist to my images. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed creating it.

4. A Sand County Almanac

Sand County Book 1

This book is essential reading for any naturalist, birder, or aspiring outdoors person.

“First published in 1949 and praised in The New York Times Book Review as “a trenchant book, full of vigor and bite,” A Sand County Almanac combines some of the finest nature writing since Thoreau with an outspoken and highly ethical regard for America’s relationship to the land.

Written with an unparalleled understanding of the ways of nature, the book includes a section on the monthly changes of the Wisconsin countryside; another part that gathers informal pieces written by Leopold over a forty-year period as he traveled through the woodlands of Wisconsin, Iowa, Arizona, Sonora, Oregon, Manitoba, and elsewhere; and a final section in which Leopold addresses the philosophical issues involved in wildlife conservation. As the forerunner of such important books as Annie Dillard’s Pilgrim at Tinker Creek, Edward Abbey’s Desert Solitaire, and Robert Finch’s The Primal Place, this classic work remains as relevant today as it was forty years ago.”
